Delivery policy

1. How delivery works

After a successful payment, we send your access to the email address you entered at checkout. Each resource comes in two formats:

• a PDF you can download and keep;
• a link to a live Notion page.

Access links are sent only by email.

2. When it arrives

Your access email usually arrives within minutes of payment. In rare cases it can take up to 2 hours.

3. Enter your email correctly

Delivery goes only to the email address entered at checkout, so please check it carefully before you pay. If you notice a mistake after paying, email us with your order ID and the correct address.

4. If you have not received it

• Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders and search for "Kyrich".
• If it is still missing, email hello@kyrich.com with your order ID.

We fix any delivery problem within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver your access within 48 hours of you contacting us, you get a full refund under our Refund and cancellation policy.

5. How long you have access

Access is for life with a one-time payment and no subscription. Keep your access email safe and download the PDFs so you always have a copy.
