2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to buy from us. If you are under 18, you may buy only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. What you buy

The Claude Agency System is a set of 6 digital resources: 2 core resources and 4 bonus guides. Free bonus resources may also be included with your order. You can also add the optional VIP Speed pack, which gives you 5 more Claude resources.

Everything is digital. Nothing is shipped to you physically. Each resource is delivered by email in two formats: a PDF download and a link to a live Notion page. Access is for life and there is no subscription.

4. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read and use the resources for your own work and your own clients. You may not:

• resell, rent, share, give away or republish the files, the Notion pages or the access links;
• upload the resources to any public website, group, drive or course platform;
• pass off the resources, in full or in part, as your own product.

If you break these rules, we may disable your access links without a refund.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The Claude Agency System costs ₹297 as a one-time payment. At times an on-site discount of ₹15 is offered, which brings the price to ₹282. The optional VIP Speed pack costs ₹767.

KYRICH is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on your order. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. We add no hidden fees.

We may change prices in the future. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. You can pay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Your card and UPI details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Cashfree emails you an invoice for your payment automatically.

An order is confirmed only after Cashfree confirms a successful payment. If you leave the checkout or the payment does not go through, you are not charged.

7. Delivery

Your access is sent by email within minutes of a successful payment. Full details are in our Delivery policy.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Because access is delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once the access email is sent, except in the cases listed in our Refund and cancellation policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the resources, including text, prompts, templates, designs and Notion pages, belongs to KYRICH or is used with permission. Your purchase gives you a licence to use it as set out in section 4. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

10. No guarantee of results

The resources teach methods, prompts and systems for using Claude AI in your work. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, clients and market. We do not promise any specific outcome, income or number of clients. Nothing in the resources is legal, tax or financial advice.

11. Third-party trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Kyrich Library is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. The guide "Alex Hormozi's Offer Skills With Claude" is fan-built and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alex Hormozi. This site is not part of Facebook or Meta and is not endorsed by Meta. All other names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you paid.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue quickly.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 1 month of receiving it. Please include your order ID if your complaint is about an order.
